攀钢360m^2烧结机达产达效技术攻关与效果

摘　　要：为实现攀钢烧结机的技术升级,满足高炉对产能与精料要求,一台360 m2的大型烧结机于2009年6月2日建成投产,该烧结机采用了国内外先进的工艺技术与装备技术。投产后出现一系列的问题影响了达产,通过一系列的技术攻关与设备改进,2009年6月烧结矿转鼓指数达到72.5%以上,9月烧结机作业率达到96%,10月利用系数达到1.30 t/m2.h,不到半年时间全面达到了设计目标。作为目前西南地区最大的烧结机,其建成投产对进一步提高攀钢炼铁生产水平,降低资源消耗,改善环境质量,优化技术经济指标将发挥巨大的作用。A set large sintering machine of 360 m^2 have been built and gone into production on 02-06- 2009 in PanGang , which the advanced technology and furnishment were applied so as to realize its＇ technique progress and satisfy request of productivity and burden of blast fumace. A series problem influenced to achieve production after sintering machine began operating, By a series measure of technical researching and equipment mending , the sinter drum index was 72. 5% above in June,the operating rate accomplished 90% in September,the sintering productivity got 1.30 t/（m2 · h） in October,the design aim was achieved completely within a half of year. As the max sintering machine in south-west region, its＇ building and production would develop a greatness function in order to enhance smelting level, to decrease resource consumption,to improve environment quality and to optimize techno-economy index.
