摘  要:介绍了攀钢冶炼钒钛磁铁矿大型高炉近10年,针对炉前用耐火材料等相关技术设施与高炉冶炼强度的提高存在匹配上的缺陷,制约了高炉技术指标的优化。对此,进行了实验室研究探索与工业试验相结合,对有水炮泥进行性能改进的同时,并成功地开发出了适用单铁口和双铁口使用的环保型无水炮泥,高性能有水炮泥,垫沟料,主沟浇注料等新型炉前用料。同时引进国内较先进的炉前设备和设施,改进铁口和主沟、砂窝子等相关设施的维护处理技术,满足了近几年来高炉强化冶炼条件下对炉前工作的适应性要求,促进了高炉技术经济指标进一步优化提高。The Panzhihua V-Ti magnetite large - scale blast furnace smelting for nearly 10 years of re- fractories for blast furnace and related facilities and blast furnace smelting technology, increased intensity of matches on the existence of defects, constrained optimization of technical specifications of the blast fur- nace. In this regard, laboratory studies carried out exploration and industrial test by combining clay with water cannons for performance improvement at the same time, and successfully developed for a single tap hole and two-iron I use environmentally friendly water gun mud, high-performance, water cannons mud ditch pad material, the main ditch castable blast furnace and other new materials, while the introduction of the blast furnace of domestic advanced equipment and facilities to improve the work station and the main groove, sand and other related facilities, the maintenance of winter pen processing technology, met in re- cent years under the conditions of blast furnace blast furnace smelting to strengthen the adaptability of the work requirements, promote technical and economic indicators to further optimize the blast furnace to improve.
