摘　　要：目的提高外周置入中心静脉导管（peripherallyinserted central catheters,PICC）操作的安全性,降低PICC导管相关性感染的发生率。方法 2007年11月起成立PICC小组,小组成员兼职,负责全院住院患者的PICC置管、会诊及相关的护理指导和培训,对导管的维护进行全程质量监控。结果 PICC小组成立后,315例PICC置管患者的导管留置时间为1-104d（中位时间为32d）,与小组成立前差异无统计学意义（U=0.352,P〉0.05）;小组成立后导管相关性感染的发生率为1.27%（4/315）,小组成立前的感染发生率为8.64%（7/81）,两者差异有统计学意义（χ^2=10.380,P〈0.01）。结论 PICC小组的运作提高了PICC护理质量,明显降低了发生导管相关性感染的风险。Objective To improve the safety of peripherally inserted central catheters（PICC）technology and reduce the rates of PICC-related infections in hospital.Methods A PICC group was established from Nov.2007 to Aug.2009 with all part-time members.The group was responsible for PICC catheterising,medical consultation,PICC related guidance and training and maintenance of the whole process quality control of catheter for all the in-patients.Results After the establishment of PICC group,the PICC maintaining time was 1-104 d（median=32 d）in 315 patients,which had no significant difference comparing with that without PICC group（U=0.352,P〉0.05）.The PICC-related infection rate was 1.27%（4/315）,after the establishment of PICC group,which was significantly lower than that[8.64%（7/81）] before the establishment of the PICC group（χ^2=0.380,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The operation of PICC group helps improve the nursing service of PICC and effectively reduce the risk of PICC-related infections.
