汉译版FABQ评估腰痛患者的可靠性

摘　　要：目的探讨应用汉译版恐惧-逃避信念问卷（Fear-avoidance beliefs questionnaire,FABQ）评估腰痛患者的可靠性。方法将英文原版FABQ按一定要求翻译、汉化得到汉译版FABQ（CFABQ）,对34例住院行康复治疗的腰痛患者（男21例,女13例;年龄22~60岁,平均42.6岁）,用CFABQ进行2次测试,间隔期2 d,检测CFABQ的重复性;对门诊126例腰痛患者在就诊时行CFABQ、汉译版Oswestry功能障碍指数（CODI）、11分疼痛评定量表（11-point pain numerical rating scale,NRS）、36项简化版健康调查问卷（Medical Outcomes 36-Item Shot-Form Health Survey,SF-36）测试,并对结果进行相关分析。结果CFABQ具有良好的重复性（r=0.805（男性）,r=0.815（女性）,P〈0.01）;CFABQ具有良好的有效性,它的2个分量表与NRS相关系数分别为0.210（P〈0.01）,0.192（P〈0.05）;与CODI的相关系数为0.420（P〈0.01）,0.351（P〈0.01）;与SF-36（physical）相关系数为-0.268（P〈0.01）,-0.173（P〈0.01）;与SF-36（mental）相关系数为-0.154（P〉0.05）,-0.303（P〈0.01）。结论CFABQ具有良好的可重复性和有效性,可用于对腰痛患者的评估。Aim To translate the fear-avoidance belief questionnaire and explore the reliability of the Chinese version of the fear-avoidance belief questionnaire（CFABQ） for evaluating patients with low back pain.Method To develop the CFABQ,the English FABQ was translated into Chinese.The repeatability of the CFABQ was evaluated in 34 inpatients.These patients were examined two times using the CFABQ in two days.The validity of the CFABQ was evaluated in 160patients,including 34 inpatients and 126 outpatinets who consulted a rehabilitation physician by CFABQ,CODI,NRS and SF-36.The Spearman correlation was calculated between CFABQ and other scales.Result The CFABQ shows good repeatability（r=0.805（male）,r=0.815（female）,P〈0.01）.Spearman＇s correlation coefficients between two sub-scales of CFABQ and NRS were 0.210（P〈0.01）,0.192（P〈0.05）;and CODI were 0.420（P〈0.01）,0.351（P〈0.01）;and SF-36（physical）were-0.268（P〈0.01）,-0.173（P〈0.01）;and SF-36（mental）were-0.154（P〉0.05）,-0.303（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The CFABQ has superior repeatability and validity.It is equivalent to the English FABQ and be used to assess the disabilities in patients with low back pain.
