摘　　要：拆船公约及其导则对拆船厂的管理制度、硬件设施、操作条件、工人的劳动保护等都作出了详细的规定。分析公约对中国拆船工业的影响因素,提出拆船企业应积极采取的对策措施,迎接实施公约带来的机遇和挑战。Hong kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, 2009 has prescribed the management regulation, facilities, operation condition and labor protection of workers. By analyzing the effect of the Convention on ship cycling industry, the article advices that the companies should take countermeasures positively. and faces the opportunities and challenge after the convention passed.
