摘　　要：针对建筑高度超过100m的超高层建筑中的人员安全疏散问题,从火灾、人和环境三方面入手分析影响人员安全疏散的关键因素,分析超高层建筑中传统疏散方式的不足,探讨非传统疏散方式,提出紧急情况下超高层建筑人员混合疏散策略,并进一步研究采用混合疏散方式时应充分注意的问题。Fire,human activity and environment that effect the safe egress were analysed.Based on evacuation problems faced in extra-high buildings. Then the disadvantages of traditional evacuation method were discussed and a new concept of mixed-evacuation was put forward. The issues that should be payed attention to were studied and the research gave meaningful direction to the evacuation in extra-high buildings.
