摘　　要：介绍《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》受控物名单增列PFOS的基本情况,特别是针对消防行业使用PFOS的控制措施,以及中国相关部门针对PFOS受控状况开展的相关研究及应对策略。介绍中国消防行业针对PFOS受控所展开的相关基础性研究,分析中国含PFOS泡沫灭火剂的生产及库存情况、应用情况以及替代品/替代技术研究情况,以此为基础提出初步战略对策。The fact that PFOS was added to the controlled list of ＂Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants＂, and the measures taken to control the utilization of PFOS in fire industry are introduced. The research and polices in point of the PFOS controlled situation carried out by relative departments in China are illuminated. Chinese foundation research is emphasized, and the production, storage, application, substitute of the PFOS foam extinguishing agents are analyzed. Based on the analysis some basic relevant strategies are put forward.
