摘  要:地方教学型本科院校需立足社会需求、办学实际,坚持"实基础、强能力、高素质"的应用型人才培养定位,从学生毕业"能干什么"出发,确立多样化的专业人才培养规格和考评机制,并以学校特色文化为依托,"专业能力素质"培养为主线,整合和融通课堂教学、实验实训、校园文化活动三个人才培养平台,重构或创新"三位一体"人才培养模式,以适应新形势下专业教育多样化的市场需求。In order to suit the market demand of diversified professional education, the local instructional undergraduate colleges should be based on society requirements and school reality, adhere to the orientation of cultivating the applied talents featured "Solid foundation, Strong capabilities, High-quality", establish diversified professional personnel training specifications and evaluation mechanism, taking the " Professional Capable Quality "training as the main line, integrate three training platforms of classroom teaching, out--class practice and training and campus cultural activities centered around professional quality cultivation, reconstruct and innovate the Trinity talent training mode of
