摘　　要：目的总结重度子痫前期的临床表现及护理,防止重度子痫前期患者发生子痫及其他并发症。方法对2006年1月—2008年3月收治的78例重度子痫前期患者进行治疗及护理观察。结果发生子痫2例,并发HELLP综合征1例,心力衰竭1例,胎盘早剥1例,产后出血2例。78例患者均好转或痊愈出院。结论对重度子痫前期患者应重视产前检查,早期诊断,及时治疗,适时终止妊娠,给予恰当的护理,保证各种护理措施的顺利实施,可防止子痫和严重并发症的发生。Objective To summarize the clinical manifestation and nursing of severe pre-clampsia,pre-vent the occurrence of eclampsia and other complication of patients with severe pre-eclampsia.Methods Treating and clinical observation on 78 cases of severe pre-eclampsia from Jan.of 2006 to Mar.of 2008.Results The incidence of eclampsia were 2 cases,one complicated with HELLP syndrome,one complicated with heart failure,one complicated with placental abruption,2 cases complicated with postpartum hemorrhage.78 cases were all improve- ment or curative.Conclution We should pay attention to prenatal examination for severe pre-eclampsia,early diagnosis,timely treatment,termination of pregnancy on proper time,proper nursing,ensure all nursing measures be implemented successfully,which can prevent the occurrence of eclampsia and severe complication.
