心悦胶囊治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效及机制研究

摘　　要：目的观察心悦胶囊治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法将98例稳定型心绞痛病人随机分为两组,对照组予常规治疗冠心病心绞痛药物;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用心悦胶囊2粒/次,每日3次。治疗前及治疗后8周分别进行心绞痛加拿大心血管病学会心绞痛严重程度分级(CCS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及B型钠尿肽(BNP)检测。结果治疗8周后,两组心绞痛CCS分级均明显降低,LDL-C及hs-CRP水平均明显降低,治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05),FBG和BNP改善不明显。结论常规西药治疗基础上加用心悦胶囊能进一步改善缺血性胸痛;心悦胶囊可能通过调脂及抑制炎症反应而发挥治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of Xinyue capsule on ischemic chest pain in patients（pts） with stable angina and its possible mechanism.Methods Ninety-eight pts with stable angina were randomized to into two groups：Control group treated by routine treatment and treatment group treated by Xinyue capsule on the basis of routine treatment for 8 weeks.The Canada Cardiology Society（CCS） angina classification and the levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,highsensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP）were examined before and after treatment.Results The CCS angina classification in the two groups was decreased markedly.The levels of LDL-C and hs-CRP in two groups were decreased remarkably.The levels in treatment group were lower than that of control group（P0.05）.The levels of FBG and BNP in the both groups was no change.Conclusion Xinyue capsule could improve ischemic chest pain in pts with stable angina,which might be related to regulating lipid and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
