磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐的合成研究

摘　　要：采用控制酯化率和非外加相转移催化剂在常压进行反应的方法合成了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(7)辛基磺基琥珀混合双酯钠。最佳工艺条件为:n(辛醇)︰n(顺酐)=4.0︰1.0,于200℃下酯化反应5.0h。n(NaHSO3)︰n(顺酐)=1.10︰1.00,于200℃下磺化反应6.0h,产品质量达到国家一级品的要求,具有工艺简单,流程短,成本低,无污染的特点。Esterification rate and the non-use of controlled phase transfer catalyst at atmospheric pressure plus the reaction of the synthesized fatty alcohol ethoxylates（7）,octyl sulfosuccinate mixed sulfate.Optimum conditions：n（octanol）：n（maleic anhydride）=4.0：1.0,in the esterification reaction at 200℃5.0 h.n （NaHSO3）：n（maleic anhydride）=1.10：1.00,sulfonation reaction at 200℃6.0 h,the product quality meet the national requirements of products,with simple technology,processes and lower cost,pollution-free characteristics.
