摘　　要：液氯是导致许多安全事故的危险化学品,通过对其进行泄漏扩散风险分析,对企业的安全规划和安全管理具有重要的指导意义。采用具体案例进行分析,计算出泄漏的液氯蒸气在一定的大气条件下和在一定时间内的影响范围和浓度分布情况,该计算结果有助于企业的应急管理,以便实现对风险的预防和控制,使事故导致的人员伤亡降到最低。Chlorine is a hazard chemistry production of happened many accidents.It would be important signification of safety planning and management to industry to analyze the risks of chlorine.By the present case studied,obtained the incidence and concentration distributing leaked out Chlorine in certain atmosphere condition and in certain time,it could do decision-making of emergency management of the project by comparing the calculated results,in order to realize to control and prevent the risk and reach to the lowest rate of staff injuries.
