长岭多周期PIMS模型在炼油生产经营中的应用

摘　　要：通过运用长岭多周期PIMS模型,对长岭分公司原油采购与加工流程进行优化测算,寻找降低原油成本与加工费用间平衡点,指导进口原油采购,同时根据公司检修任务及检修时间,利用模型具有的多周期库存优化特点,优化确定检修开始时间,以及检修期间各种半成品原料及汽柴油调和组分库存的降库或预留,很好的指导了停工检修前生产组织,取得较好的应用效果。Through applying a multi-cycle PIMS model of Changling Branch,SINOPEC,making optimized evaluation for the crude procurement and processing to seek a balance point which could reduce the cost of crude procurement and oil processing,and then guide the imported crude procurement.While at the same time,according to the overhaul task and timetable of the company,optimize the start time of the overhaul and determining the inventory drop or reserve of various semi-final oil products and gasoline and diesel blending components by using the multi-cycle inventory optimization function of the model.This has helped to guide the production organization before the overhaul and turned out a good effect.
