摘　　要：通过对点样量、层析溶剂及洗脱剂、最佳吸收波长、最佳洗脱时间的确定,建立了以纸层析分离洗脱法定量测定腺苷的方法。结果表明,此法定量测定腺苷简单易行,可作为腺苷分析测定的常规手段。By means of the definition of the sample dose,solvent system and eluent solution,as well as the proper selection of the optimum absorb wavelength, suitable time of eluent,the quantitative method for detecting adenosine with paper chromatography-mottle elution method were defined.The results showed that this method was simple and was suggested to be a coventional method for detecting adenosine.
