中药复方透皮贴剂的皮肤用药安全性研究

摘　　要：通过对健康家兔皮肤急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验及健康豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验,观察中药复方透皮贴剂经皮肤用药的急性毒性、刺激性和过敏性。结果显示,中药复方透皮贴剂对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无急性毒性和刺激性,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。试验表明,中药复方透皮贴剂经皮肤给药安全。The aim of this research was to survey acute toxicity,irritation and hypersensitivity of compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch on animal skin through skin acute toxicity and skin irritation test in healthy rabbits and dermal sensitivity test in healthy guinea pigs.The result showed that the compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch had no acute toxicity and no irritation on integrated and worn skin of rabbits,and it had no hypersensitivity on integrated skin of guinea pigs.The experiment indicated that it is safe to administrate the compound traditional Chinese medicine transdermal patch via skin.
