摘　　要：广西北部湾地区产业结构调整是要使其在国内及东盟的范围内产业资源得到合理的有效配置,对广西北部湾地区产业结构调整绩效进行分析与判断,既要重视投入要素推动的作用,也要注意以开放型为特色的二元经济结构的改变、要素市场供给关系的改善、最终需求拉动的力量在其中的影响。基于比较优势动态化原则视角,在广西北部湾地区产业结构调整观察与判断的基础上,对其产业结构调整在工、农业产业结构调整绩效作了判断。The purpose of industrial structure adjustment of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Area is to obtain rational and effective allocation of the industrial resources in China and ASEAN. To analyze and assess the performance of industrial structure adjustment in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Area, attention needs to be paid on the effect of input factors, as well as the change of dual economic structure with open features, the improvement of the supply relation of factor market, and the influence of the final demand pull. From the view of the principle of dynamic comparative advantage, based on the observation and assessment of the industrial structure adjustment in Beibu Gulf Area, this paper assessed the performance of industrial and agricultural structure adjustment.
