摘　　要：目的:探讨外科老年患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理对策。方法:对68例外科老年手术患者采取入院评估、饮食指导、心理护理、体位指导、防止下肢静脉损伤、预防性抗凝治疗护理措施。结果:只有5例患者(7.35%)有下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论:对外科老年患者术后实施有效的预防护理措施,可以降低其术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率。Objective：To study the prevention and nursing of postoperative deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients.Methods：68 elderly surgical patients were performed actively nursing prevention and nursing measure perioperation： hospitalization assessment, diet guiding, psychological nursing, position guiding, prevention lower extremity venous injure. Results：The deep venous thrombosis was found only in 5 cases.Conclusion：Postoperative surgical care to implement effective preventive measures can reduce postoperative deep venous thrombosis incidence.
