浅谈麻醉手术苏醒的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:总结麻醉手术后患者的护理方法。方法:收集178例患者麻醉手术后的观察情况及护理康复情况,做出评价。结果:32例患者出现头痛、呕吐症状,21例患者术后有精神症状,19例患者术后出现尿潴留,17例患者术后有咽痛及声音嘶哑等症状,经过护理治疗后,均康复出院,没有其他并发症的产生,其他患者均无不良反应。结论:麻醉手术后部分患者会出现并发症,但及时的观察和良好的护理可保证患者的安全,正确的护理对患者的康复尤其重要。Objective：Summary of patients after anesthesia care approach. Methods：Collected 178 cases of anesthesia in patients with post-operative care and rehabilitation to monitor the situation and circumstances, and made assessment.Results： 32 patients were headache, vomiting symptoms,21 patients with psychiatric symptoms after surgery,19 patients with urinary retention after surgery,17 patients in the postoperative sore throat and hoarse voice embolism,after care and treatment, were discharged, no other complications arise,other patients and no adverse reactions.Conclusion： Post-anesthesia complications occur in some patients,but the timely observation and good care can ensure patient safety,proper care of the patient＇s recovery is very important.
