常用口服头孢菌素的药动学及临床应用评价

摘　　要：该文综述了近年来口服的8种头孢菌素,如头孢妥仑匹酯、头孢地尼、头孢他美酯、头孢泊肟酯、头孢克肟、头孢布烯、头孢丙烯、头孢呋辛酯的PK特点并进行了PK/PD值比较,利用MIC90(tmax·MIC90/Cmax+t>MIC-tmax)≤0.5Cmax·t1/2公式计算出该药物的临床抗菌阈浓度(mg/L)。并应用8种头孢菌素临床抗菌阈浓度(mg/L),分析了对临床病原菌的抗菌疗效。To review the pharmacokinetics（PK） of the recent 8 kinds of oral cephalosporins,such as cefditoren pivoxil,cefdinir,cefetamet Pivoxil,cefpodoxime proxetil,cefixime,ceftibuten,cefprozil and cefuroxime axetil.The PK/PD value of them is compared and those drugs＇ clinical antimicrobial threshold（mg/L）based on the formula is calculated：MIC90 （tmax·MIC90/Cmax＋ tMIC-tmax） = 0.5 Cmax·t1/2.The antibacterial efficacy of the 8 kinds of oral cephalosporins by using their antimicrobial clinical threshold （mg/L） value is analyzed.
