摘　　要：目的评价不同血细胞分析仪白细胞(WBC)计数结果的偏倚(PT)。方法分别应用日本光电MEK-6318、法国DIANA5血细胞分析仪及其原装配套质控物和试剂,检测质控物和111例临床血样本的WBC,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 111例临床血样本的WBC计数结果分成5组,P均小于0.05,其总PT=8.16%,各组的PT分别为:11.54、10.47、6.82、8.80、9.83,相关系数(r)=0.9984。结论 2台血细胞分析仪WBC计数结果经配对t检验及PT统计分析,DIANA5在WBC>5.0×109/L的结果具可比性,临床可以接受;在WBC≤5.0×109/L的结果不具可比性,临床不接受,需采取措施进行纠正。Objective To evaluate the bias of two different automatic blood cell analyzers when testing WBC.Methods The analyzers MEK-6318 from Japan and DIANA5 from：France were conducted in this study.Each analyzer used the original quality control specimen.The 111 specimens from 111 patients were analyzed and WBC counts were used to analyze the bias between these two machines.Results The linear correlation coefficient r is 0.998 4.All the data was divided into 5 groups according to NCCLS standard.Paired t test was used to test the difference between the test results of two analyzer,the P values were less than 0.05 for all subgroups.The PT for each group was 11.54,10.47,6.82,8.80 and 9.83,and the overall PT was 8.16%.Conclusion The WBC counts tested by DIANA5 is clinically acceptable when WBC is larger than or equal to 5.0×109/L.Meanwhile,the value from analyzer is not acceptable when WBC is less than 5.0×109/L.
