摘  要:目的探讨用封闭负压引流(VSD)技术和腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部损伤的临床疗效。方法选择22例足踝部皮肤软组织缺损患者,先行清创及VSD治疗,然后行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣逆行转移修复。结果全部皮瓣术后成活,创面一期愈合。术后随访3~18个月,皮瓣外形良好,恢复保护性感觉。结论 VSD技术可早期控制感染,腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣可后期良好修复创面,两者结合治疗是足踝部严重损伤的理想选择,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) technique and sural nerve nutrient vessel flap for repairing soft tissue defects of the foot and ankle. Methods Twenty-two patients with skin and soft tissue defects of the foot and ankle were treated first by debridement and VSD,then repaired by sural nerve nutrient vessel flap. Results All flaps survived,with primary healing wounds. The postoperative follow-up,ranging from 3 to 18 months,showed good flap shape and restored protective sensation. Conclusion The VSD technology can control early infection,the sural nerve nutrient vessel flap can be used to repair the wound later, and a combination of the two is ideal, worth spreading
