摘　　要：目的比较尿道狭窄开放手术与腔内热切除瘢痕术的疗效,探讨二者的适应证及临床价值。方法对尿道狭窄开放手术与腔内热切除瘢痕术患者进行半年、1年、2年、3年的随访,监测尿流率且进行统计学分析。结果近期疗效(1年内)两组无差别,远期疗效(2～3年)两组有差别。结论开放手术组远期疗效好于腔内组,各种手术有各自的优点及适应证。Objective To compare the effect of urethral stricture open surgery and endoscopic surgery of beat removal of scar,and discuss indications and clinical value of both. Methods On the open surgery and endoscopic urethral stricture scar removal surgery in patients with fever for six months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years of follow-up, monitoring the flow rate and statistical analysis. Results Term efficacy （1 year）two non-discriminatory,long-term effect（2-3 years） difference between the two groups. Conclusion The open surgery group was better than long term effect of endovascular group, all surgery has its own advantages and indications.
