摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院拇指缺损再造的简便方法。方法对31例拇指Ⅱ、Ⅲ度缺损行食指背侧皮瓣移位组合再造术。结果再造拇指成功30例,1例失败。28例得到1～3年的随访,再造拇指颜色正常,指端丰满,耐摩擦,均可正常使用。结论应用食指背侧皮瓣移位组合再造拇指,手术操作简单、经济、安全,成功率高,便于基层医院开展。Objective To study the easy way for the reconstruction of the defected-thumb in the primary hospital. Methods Combinating the dorsal flap of the index finger to reconstruct the thumb with the defection of II or m degree in 31 cases. Results There are 30 cases in successful and one in failure. By following-up 28 cases for 1-3 years, the reconstructed-thumbs, with normal color, full finger-end and friction resisting,can be used normally. Conclusion It is easy to reconstruct the thumb with the combinated-dorsal flap of the index finger for primary hospitals, which is easy, economic, safe and with high success rate to operate.
