锁定钢板固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折16例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床治疗效果。方法应用肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)治疗16例老年肱骨近端骨折,平均随访10.5个月。结果术后无切口感染、骨折不愈合和内固定松动发生。肩关节功能按照Neer评分标准,功能优5例,良8例,可2例,差1例,优良率为81.25%。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板对老年肱骨近端骨折固定坚强,并发症少,骨折愈合良好,便于早期功能锻炼,效果满意。Objective To investigate the effect of fixed steel board on senile proximal humeral fracture. Methods Applied fixed locking proximal humeral plate to 16 cases and followed for average 10.5 months. Results There was no wound infection or loose internal fix or un- cured fracture after operation. Scored the shoulder function by Neer standard, 5 cases were excellent, 8 cases were better, 2 cases were good, 1 case was bad,the excellent rate was 81.25%. Conclusion Fix locking proximal humeral plate at proximal humerus is firm and fast for senile proximal humeral fracture with less complication, good fracture cure, helpful for early exercise and satisfactory effect.
