摘 要:研究了从云南蔬菜、水稻、魔芋等作物根际土壤中分离到的7株植物促生细菌(S1、S2、S3、S4、S5、S6和S7)对大蒜的促生作用。试验结果表明,7株菌对大蒜生长和产量的影响均高于对照,以S3菌株为最好,可使大蒜株高、根长、蒜头直径和茎粗分别增加20.93%、38.16%、22.17%、40.48%;蒜头、蒜苗鲜重分别比对照增加56.98%、62.27%,蒜头、蒜苗干重分别比对照增加80.15%,62.07%。其次为菌株S1、S4,大蒜生长和产量指标均显著高于对照。S2、S5、S6、S7对大蒜生长和产量影响也有一定的促进作用。The seven bacterial strains(S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6 and S7)isolated from konjac,rice and vegetable's rhizosphere soil in Yunnan were studied,the obvious effectives which improved to garlic growth and production were evaluated after 62 days inoculated with 7 PGPR strains through pot experiment.The main indexes of garlic included garlic height,root length,bulb diameter,stem width,fresh weight and dry weight.The data was analyzed by SAS t-test.The results indicated that all of the PGPR strains tested improved garlic growth.Among them,S3 strain was the best,the garlic height,root length,bulb diameter and stem thick were increased by 20.93%,38.16%,22.17% and 40.48% compared to their control;the fresh weight of garlic bulb and plants were increased by 56.98% and 62.27%,and dry weight of garlic bulb and plants were 80.15%,62.07%.Strain S1 and S4 were the better effective strain to increase the multi-index of garlic.The other strains could also promote garlic growth and increase production in some extent.
