摘 要:目的用超声测量胎儿的相关径线,探讨预测分娩方式。方法对190例孕妇产前1周超声测量双顶径/胸围、腹围/双顶径、骨盆入口前后径-双顶径之差的相关数据,协助孕妇预定分娩方式,减少盲目试产和降低剖宫产率。结果超声估计胎儿体重4 000 g以下,骶耻径与双顶径差≥23 mm,可拟诊阴道产;超声估计胎儿体重4 000 g以上,胸围与头围差≥16 mm,腹径与双顶径差≥26 mm,可拟诊剖宫产。结论采用超声测量胎儿双顶、头围、胸围、腹围等数值来预测胎儿分娩途径有良好的预测性。Objective Use of the ultrasonic method to measure fetal related diameter and predict mode of delivery.
