摘  要:针对行星齿轮的振动信号提出了一种基于HHT(Hilbert-Huang Transform)方法的统计性状态指标——SHA值。首先对具有非线性和非平稳性的行星齿轮振动信号进行HHT处理,得到Hil-bert谱和边际谱,通过对比谱图发现故障数据与正常数据在啮频的某个邻域内有着较明显的差别。于是在Hilbert谱的基础上定义了状态指标SHA值--啮频某邻域内的幅值和。SHA值在时频分布内把正常数据与故障数据的差别量化,能够很好地指示故障。实验证明,用SHA值状态指标来识别行星齿轮的断齿故障是非常有效的。这为行星齿轮系统的故障检测提供了新的思维。To detect faults of planetary gears,a condition indicator called sum of the Hilbert Spectrum Amplitude ( SHA) value was proposed,based on Hilbert-Huang Transform ( HHT) .The nonlinear and non-stationary data of planetary gears was analyzed by HHT,and its Hilbert spectrum and marginal spectrum were obtained.The SHA value was defined as the sum of amplitude around the mesh frequency in the Hilbert spectrum.Normal and faulty gears can be distinguished directly by their SHA values because they measured the difference between them in Hilbert spectrum.The practical examples show that the proposed approach can be applied to miss tooth faults detection effectively and it provided a new sight into the detection of planetary gear faults.
