摘 要:笔者基于空间啮合理论,建立了弧齿锥齿轮齿面方程,采用Pro/E软件建立了无裂纹和有裂纹的弧齿锥齿轮三维模型,用有限元法研究了不同位置、不同大小的裂纹对齿轮结构固有特性的影响。研究表明:裂纹齿轮的固有频率要比无裂纹齿轮有所降低,且裂纹位于齿槽处时固有频率下降量最大;随着裂纹深度的增加,固有频率呈非线性下降,但振型最大值呈逐渐上升趋势。Fault detection of a spiral bevel gear is of great significance in avoiding disastrous accidents.It is the basis of fault detection to understand the effect of cracks on the natural characteristic of a spiral bevel gear.Based on the space meshing theory,the tooth surface equation has been established in this paper.The 3-dimensional models of an uncracked spiral bevel gear and a cracked one are established by Pro/E software.The influence of crack position and crack depth on the natural characteristics of the gear is investigated by finite element method ( FEM) .It shows that the natural frequencies of the spiral bevel gear with cracks is lower than those of the uncracked one,and the natural frequency of the gear decreases most when the crack locates at the tooth space.With the increase of crack depth,the decrease of the natural frequency is non-linear,and the maximum value of mode shape increases gradually.
