摘　　要：简述了1季度宏观经济形势及电力需求情况,从供应侧和需求侧对1季度电煤供需状况进行了总结回顾,对2季度电煤供需形势进行了分析展望,预计2季度全国电煤供需将呈"首尾局部偏紧,中期总体平衡"的基本格局。针对当前电煤供需矛盾及成因,提出了疏导电煤矛盾的建议。Explains the macro-economy performance and electricity demand, summarizes the thermal coal supply- demand situation of the first quarter and forecasts the situation of the second quarter from the sides of both supply and demand. Whereas it predicts that the supply-demand situation of the second quarter will be partly tight in some areas in the beginning and the end, with overall balance in the middle, it analyses the main causes of the current contradiction between suDolv and demand of thermal coal and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to alleviate the problem.
