摘 要:对蝴蝶兰丛生芽途径的组织培养进行研究,结果表明,不经过愈伤组织直接诱导丛生芽的过程中,6-BA是影响蝴蝶兰丛生芽诱导的重要因素,6-BA浓度达3.0mg/L以上时丛生芽的诱导率就可达100%;在丛生芽增殖过程中,6-BA8.0mg/L处理效果最好,丛生芽增殖率可达304%;6-BA8.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L的处理更能促进蝴蝶兰丛生芽的增殖效果,丛生芽增殖率可达506%;生根培养基组合MS+NAA0.5mg/L+10%椰子汁的生根效果较好。The tissue culture of Phalaenopsis clustered shoots in the study showed that O-BA was an important factor in inducing Phalaenopsis clustered shoots, which could lead to an induction rate of clustered shoots of 100% when the concentration of 6-BA reached 3.0 mg/L or more. During the proliferating period of clustered shoots, the treatment of 6-BA 8.0 mg/L showed the best effect with a proliferating rate of clustered shoots of 304%. The treatment of 6-BA 8.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L promoted the effect of proliferating of clustered shoots with a proliferating rate of clustered shoots of 506%. In rooting stage, the MS medium with NAA 0.5 mg/L +10% coconut juice was efficient.
