摘 要:目的探讨知母提取物对地塞米松致大小鼠胃肠机能紊乱的影响。方法通过建立地塞米松诱发的大小鼠胃肠道机能紊乱动物模型,检测大鼠胃液量、胃液pH值、胃蛋白酶活力及胃壁结合黏液量和小鼠肠推进率及胃内色素残留率等指标考察知母提取物的药理作用。结果知母提取物能显著减轻地塞米松所致小鼠胃排空运动减缓,使给予地塞米松造模的大鼠胃液pH值显著增加,胃蛋白酶活力明显降低,胃壁结合黏液量也有明显增加趋势。结论知母提取物具有改善地塞米松致大小鼠胃肠机能紊乱的作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae extract on the gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by dexamethasone(DXM) in rats and mice.Methods The pathologic models of gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by DXM were established in rats and mice.The volume and pH value of gastric juice,the activity of pepsin,the volume of gastric barrier mucus were detected to evaluate the pharmacological effects of Anemarrhenae extract in rats and mice.Results DXM at 1.2 mg/kg for 8 days could increase the leve1of pepsin,and decrease the pH value of the gastric juice and the volume of gastric barrier mucus in rats.And the rate of intestinal propulsion and gastric emptying in mice could be reduced by administration of DXM at 1.0 mg/kg for 5 days.Anemarrhenae extract could significantly improve the pathologic manifestation of rat and mouse models accordingly.Conclusions The reproducible model of gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by DXM could be made successfully.Anemarrhenae extract could obviously improve the gastrointestinal dysfunction induced by DXM in rats and mice.
