摘　　要：使每一个人都能得到自由全面发展,是人类孜孜以求的理想境界。生产力的发展导致人类休闲时间日益增多,休闲空间日渐拓展,由此休闲文化备受学界关注。休闲方式的优劣与休闲质量的高低,直接影响经济社会的发展、和谐社会的构建和人的全面发展。而生态休闲方式与人的全面发展有着极为密切的内在深层逻辑关联。系统强化生态休闲方式理论研究,不断提升人们的环境保护意识、生态文明素质和身心健康水平,既是积极推动休闲文化研究的重要有机构成,亦是自主增强人的身心健康的休闲生活方式,更是自觉促进人的自由全面发展的有效依赖路径。That everyone can get free all-round development is an ideal realm of human pursuit. The advancement of productivity guarantees the extension of leisure time and space, and as a result, leisure culture is given much academic attention. The qualities and manners of leisure directly influence the development of economic society, the construction of harmonious society and the comprehensive improvement of mankind. Moreover, ecological leisure style has a cohesive inner connection with the development of mankind. Intensifying the theoretical research of eco-leisure style, promoting the environment protection awareness, ecological civilized quality and physical and psychological health of mankind is not only the composition of leisure culture research, but also an effective way to make mankind develop comprehensively.
