妊娠高血压疾病的相关因素的临床研究

摘　　要：目的调查引起妊娠高血压疾病的相关因素。方法 2009年5月～2009年12月在我院分娩的产妇2860例,其中妊娠高血压疾病患者101例作为观察组,按1:2比例配比方式随机选择202例正常产妇作为对照组,比较2组产妇在年龄大小、分娩史、经济情况、孕前体重指数、家族史、产前检查情况、孕期情绪状况等、季节方面的差异。结果 2组比较,观察组平均年龄大、初产妇比例高、体重指数高、家族史多、定期产前检查少、存在负性情绪多、秋冬季为主(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压疾病是多因素共同作用的结果 ,应对具有上述危险因素的孕妇监测及管理力度,将妊娠期高血压病发病率降到最低。Objective Investigation of diseases caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension related factors.Methods From May 2009 to December 2009,in our hospital,2860 cases of birth mothers,including 101 cases of patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,as the observation group,according to 1：2 ratio means the proportion of randomly selected 202 cases of normal mothers as a control group to compare two group size of maternal age,birth history,economic situation,pre-pregnancy body mass index,family history,prenatal conditions such as emotional status during pregnancy,seasonal differences.Results The results of the two groups,the average age of the observation group large,a high proportion of early maternity,high body mass index,family history and more regular prenatal care less,there is a negative emotion and more dominated in autumn and winter（P0.05）.Conclusion Pregnancy-induced hypertension disease is the result of many factors to deal with the above-mentioned risk factors of pregnant women monitoring and management,and will be the incidence of hypertension during pregnancy to a minimum.
