愈疡膏治疗静脉性小腿溃疡46例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察愈疡膏治疗静脉性小腿溃疡的疗效。方法:实验组46例用愈疡膏外涂溃疡创面,每天3次,10天为一疗程;对照组40例用手术搔刮后,用无菌凡士林纱布换药,每天1次,10天为一疗程。结果:治疗8个疗程后,实验组全部痊愈、痊愈率100%,对照组痊愈31例、占77.50%,两组痊愈率比较有显著性差异(χ2=11.56,P<0.05)。结论:愈疡膏具有清热解毒、消炎抗菌、收敛止血、祛腐生肌功效,适于小腿皮肤溃疡的不同阶段。Objective： To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yuyang cream used externally to treat venous leg ulcer.Methods：The experimental group consisted of 46 cases treated by the hospital-made Yuyang cream with three times a day and 10 days as a course of treatment;the control group consisted of 40 patients treated with surgical Saogua and the sterile Vaseline gauze dressing with one time a day and 10 days as a course of treatment.Results：After 8 courses of treatment,46 cases in the experimental group recovered,the cure rate was 100%.31 cases out of 40 cases in the control group recovered,the cure rate was 77.50%;there are 6 cases with remarkable effect,accounting for 15.00%,and 3 cases improved,accounting for 7.50%.The cure rates between the two groups were compared with（χ2=11.56 and P0.05）.Conclusion：Yuyang cream has the function of clearing Heat and expelling Miasma,anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial,hemostasis with astringents and removing rot and producing muscle and it is suitable for different stages of leg skin ulcers.
