助滤剂滤饼孔隙率的研究

摘　　要：滤饼的孔隙率是过滤过程中的重要参数,它直接影响着过滤过程的进行。提出一种利用数值模拟和实测值拟合求取滤饼孔隙率的计算方法,并将模拟计算方法与称重法和图像分析方法进行比较,讨论了三种方法的优缺点,为滤饼孔隙率的求解提出了新的方法和途径。Porosity is the important parameter in the filtration, and the filtration process is affected by porosity directly. This paper provided a calculation method using the simulation and experimental data to calculate the porosity of filter cake. Compared the calculation method with the weighting method and image analysis method, discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods and proposed new a method and way to compute the filter cake porosity.
