摘　　要：天铁4号高炉第四代炉役已经连续生产进入12年,单位炉容产铁量达10395t/m3,至今仍保持较好的操作炉型,各项技术经济指标仍然较好。结合生产实际从炉型的设计、耐火材料的选择、生产操作、生产管理等方面对保证高炉长寿高效的经验进行简要分析。TIANTIE Blast Furnace 4 at the fourth campaign is in the twelfth year of continuous production with 10,395 t/m3 hot metal at specific furnace capacity. Up to now a good operation furnace profile is maintained and all technical economic indices are satisfactory. The paper provides a concise analysis on practices which guarantee the long life and high efficiency of the blast furnace in aspects of profile design, refractory selection, production operation and management.
