摘　　要：介绍了冷却喷嘴在二次冷却系统中的重要作用,结合常见板坯缺陷现象,分析了喷嘴性能与二冷系统及产品质量的内在关系,提出了喷嘴检测方法及日常维护措施。经过采取一系列行之有效的措施,喷嘴连续使用率得到提高,喷嘴堵塞问题得到有效地控制,铸坯合格率稳步提升,为保持生产长期稳定顺利运行奠定了坚实的基础。The paper introduces the important function of cooling nozzle in secondary cooling system, analyzes the internal relationship of nozzle property with secondary cooling system and product quality and proposes nozzle inspection method and routine maintenance measures. After a series of effective measures are taken, nozzle continuous utilization rate is increased and nozzle clogging problem is under well control. The billet qualification rate goes up stably. A solid foundation is laid for the stable and smooth long term running of production.
