河南农村居民肥胖患病率与糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常的关系

摘　　要：目的:了解河南省农村居民肥胖患病率与糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常的关系。方法:在河南省选择2个农村社区,以村(组)为单位,整群抽取18岁及以上的居民进行问卷调查、体格检查和生化指标检测。结果:研究对象共984人,全身性肥胖和腹型肥胖标化患病率分别为14.49%和42.56%;男性高血压和血脂异常的患病率随着体质指数(BMI)的增加呈升高的趋势(χ2=5.411和5.090,P均<0.05);女性糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常的患病率均随着BMI的增加呈升高趋势(χ2=3.152、5.245和4.968,P均<0.05)。男、女性腹型肥胖者糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常的患病率均高于正常对照人群(男性:χ2=5.102、20.863和29.134,P均<0.05;女性:χ2=18.678、30.702和46.145,P均<0.05)。结论:农村社区超重、肥胖患病率较高,且与糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常发病密切相关。Aim：To explore the prevalence of obesity and its relationship with diabetes,hypertension,and dyslipidemia for residents in Henan rural communities.Methods：The cross-sectional survey was conducted in two rural communities of Henan. Participants aged 18 and more than 18 years were selected randomly by cluster sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory tests.Results：A total of 984 subjects were investigated. The aged-adjusted prevalence of obesity and central adiposity were 14.49% and 42.56%. In men,the prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia increased with BMI（χ2=5.411 and 5.090,P0.05）.In women,the prevalence of diabetes,hypertension and dyslipidemia increased with BMI（χ2=3.152,5.245 and 4.968,P0.05）. For both men and women,the prevalence rates were higher in central adiposity group than that in control group （men：χ2=5.102,20.863 and 29.134,P0.05;women：χ2=18.678,30.702 and 46.146,P0.05）.Conclusion：The prevalences of overweight and obesity have been relatively high in rural communities,which are related with the incidence of diabetes,hypertension and dyslipidemia.
