兔肘关节尺侧副韧带急性损伤手术与非手术治疗后组织学的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨兔肘关节尺侧副韧带急性损伤后手术修复与非手术治疗的组织学差异。方法:选取新西兰兔54只,随机分为两组,27只为切断右肘尺侧副韧带后随即缝合韧带,称为韧带缝合组;27只切断尺侧副韧带后不缝合,称为韧带不缝合组。分别在术后3、6、12周3个阶段取材,进行组织学观测。结果:随着术后检测时间的延长,两组韧带损伤处均被平行的胶原纤维桥接,并与原韧带纤维相连,但韧带缝合组明显比韧带不缝合组纤维翻转交错明显,纤维间隙较后者小。结论:肘关节尺侧副韧带急性损伤后手术治疗明显优于非手术治疗。Objective：To compare the effect of surgical operation with non-operation therapeutical effect of acute damnification of the ulnar collateral ligament of rabbit elbow joint.Methods：54 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups evenly.In one group their ulnar collateral ligaments of right elbow joint were severed and sutured,and this group was named ligament sutured group.In the other group,the ulnar collateral ligaments of right elbow joint were severed,they weren＇t sutured yet.They were killed to detect the histology at time intervals of three,six and twelve weeks.Results：All trauma spots of the ulnar collateral ligaments were connected by the parallel collagenous fibers following the prolong of the detection time,and were linked with the origin of the fibers.But the ligaments in the sutured group were more obviously in turnover of the fibers than those in the none sutured group,and were smaller in interspace of the fibers.Conclusion：The effect of the surgical operation is more effective than that of the non-operation in dealing with acute damnification of the ulnar collateral ligament.
