内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎(肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证)的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法 ,将236例肺炎患儿随机分为观察组120例和对照组116例。观察组采用基础治疗加口服中药"小儿清肺饮""止咳散"及"敷胸散"外敷;对照组采用基础治疗加口服中药"小儿清肺饮""止咳散"及外敷安慰剂。10d后观察两组患儿临床症状及体征改善情况。结果观察组总有效率和中医证候总显效率分别为95.8%和94.2%;对照组总有效率和中医证候总显效率分别为88.8%和86.2%,观察组疗效高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、咯痰平均消失时间及平均住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内外合治法治疗小儿肺炎(肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证)疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined internalexternal therapy of TCM on children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 236 cases of pneumonia children documented as inpatient were divided into treatment group and control group at random.Besides the basic treatment of western medicine,oral administration of Xiaoerqingfei syrup and Antitussive powder were added to the 120 children in the treatment group and external application of Fuxiong powder were given additionally,while to the 116 children in the control group simulative placeboes were given instead of Fuxiong powder.The body improvement on their clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed after 10 days.Results The curedmarkedly effective rates of treatment on disease and syndrome were 95.8% and 94.2% in the treatment group,88.8% and 86.2% in the control group.The days of being in hospital in the treatment group were significantly fewer than the control group.Conclusions Combined internalexternal therapy demonstrates remarkable therapeutic effects on children with pneumonia.
