摘  要:通过对鞍钢连续退火线生产的低碳钢屈服强度进行分析,确定了影响低碳钢屈服强度的主要因素。利用MINITAB软件对连续退火工艺中退火温度、退火线速度和平整延伸率等因素进行DOE试验设计,分析并确定各影响因素对屈服强度的影响程度。结果表明,退火温度和退火线速度是屈服强度的显著影响因素,平整延伸率对其影响较小。The main factors that affect the yield strength of a low carbon steel are determined by analyzing the yield strength of the low carbon steel produced on continuous annealing line of Angang. The test design of DOE is made by MINITAB software for such factors as the annealing temperature,the speed of the annealing line and the skin pass elongation in the continuous annealing technology,the effect degree of various influencing factors on the yield strength are measured and determined. The results show that the annealing temperature and the speed of the annealing line are the key influencing factors on the yield strength,and the skin pass elongation has a little effect on it.
