摘　　要：分析了中高牌号硅钢产品瓦楞缺陷产生的机理,介绍了消除瓦楞缺陷的各项控制技术。重点介绍了鞍钢冷轧硅钢研制过程中采用的消除瓦楞缺陷的技术方案,提出了中高牌号硅钢产品进一步消除瓦楞缺陷的工艺路线。This paper analyzes the mechanism of corrugated defects occurred on the surface of silicon steel products with medium or high grades,and then introduces technical solutions for eliminating these defects,and finally offers the technical process for further eliminating corrugated defects in developing silicon steel products with medium or high grades.
