摘  要:针对冷轧带钢罩式退火后产生粘结而降低成材率的问题,分析了冷轧带钢罩式退火后产生粘结的原因,通过采取优化轧机成品卷取张力、提高末架轧机工作辊粗糙度、优化退火及平整工艺等措施,有效降低了冷轧带钢的退火粘结缺陷率。The reasons of the sticking defect of a cold-rolled steel strip during box annealing are analyzed according to the problems of the low yield of finished products resulted from the sticking of the cold-rolled steel strip after box annealing. And finally,the rates of sticking defect during the annealing of the cold-rolled steel strip are effectively decreased by taking such measures as optimizing the coiling tension of the rolling mill,improving work roll roughness of the last stand of the rolling mill and optimizing the annealing and leveling technologies.
