摘　　要：对改良森吉米尔法镀锌线热镀锌钢板产生漏镀现象的原因进行了详细分析,通过控制无氧化段的氧化、还原炉和喷冷段的露点及正确使用耐火材料等措施,有效控制了热镀锌钢板漏镀缺陷,使钢板漏镀率从1.3%降低到0.3%This paper analyzes in details the causes of the leakage coating occurred on the hot dip galvanizing steel sheets by modified Sendzimir process. The defects of the leakage coating on the hot galvanizing steel sheet are controlled effectively and thus the leakage coating rate of the steel sheet is decreased from 1.3% to 0.3% by taking such measures as controlling the oxidation of the non-oxidation zone and the dew points both in the reduction furnace and spray cooling zone as well as using refractory materials in proper way.
