摘　　要：通过西北铅锌冶炼厂热酸浸出-黄钾铁矾工艺的生产实践,对热酸浸出-黄钾铁矾工艺的原料适应性、设备适应性、锌总回收率、资源综合回收等问题的反思,提出热酸浸出—黄钾铁矾工艺存在的弱点和缺陷,并结合西北铅锌冶炼厂的实际情况,提出工艺改造方案。This paper analyzes the productive practice of hot acid leach-jarosite process in Northwest Lead and Zinc Smelter,reflects the meterial adaptability,equipment adaptability,zinc overall recovery and resources comprehensive recovery of it.According to the facts of Northwest Lead and Zinc Smelter,puts forward process reforming scheme aimed at the weakness and defect of it.
