摘 要:深孔平面钢闸门的主梁为均布荷载作用下的简支薄壁深梁。由于纵向纤维挤压和横截面翘曲及其相邻截面翘曲不同步,其应力至今无解析计算方法。通过将翼缘与腹板的割离分析和整体分析,建立合理力学模型,应用弹性力学方法求解,并考虑了弯剪耦合,推求出简支薄壁深梁的正应力、剪应力和挤压应力的解析计算公式。结果表明:剪力使正应力增大,这种影响随跨高比的减小而增大,随翼缘与腹板面积比的增大而增大,沿跨长随剪力与弯矩之比同步变化,沿梁高与剪应力分布规律一致。这为水利、土木及交通工程中薄壁简支深梁的设计提供了概念明确的理论计算方法。The main beam of the plain steel gate in the deepwater delivery structure is a simply-supported and thin-walled deep beam subjected to uniform load.There are no analytical methods for calculation of its stresses up to present because of longitudinal fiber extrusion,cross-section warping,as well as non-synchronous warping of adjacent sections.In this paper,a reasonable mechanical model is established by integral and separated analysis on the flange and web.Elastic mechanics is used to solve the model.The analytical formulas of normal stress,shear stress and extrusion stress are established by considering shear-bending coupling.The results show as follows: normal stress increases because of the effect of shear force;the effect of shear force on normal stress increases with the decrease of span-depth ratio and the increase of area ratio between the flange and web;the effect varies synchronously with the ratio of shear force to bending moment along the span;it varies with shear stress along the height in the same way.The calculation method has clear concept which can provide theoretical calculation formulas for the design of simply-supported and thin-walled deep beams in hydraulic engineering,civil engineering and traffic engineering.
