摘　　要：介绍了我国及世界杂交水稻发展概况,并详细阐述了我国杂交粳稻的发展概况,指出农民对优质超级杂交粳稻的认识不断增强,超级杂交粳稻育种水平不断提高,优质的超级杂交粳稻品种不断涌现,国家的惠农政策及稻谷价格的提高促进了农民种稻的积极性等发展超级杂交粳稻的有利条件。提出国家有关部门应加大对发展超级杂交粳稻的投资力度,广泛开展协作攻关,把超级杂交粳稻的研究、开发工作做大做强等建议。The situation of hybrid rice development at home and abroad was introduced and japonica hybrid rice development conditions were illustrated. With the increase of farmers＇ awareness and breeding level of japoniea hybrid rice as well as the price of japonica rice, it is the right time to develop japonica hybrid riee. The suggestions were pointed out that the government shouhl increase the investment and the cooperation for hybrid rice breeding should be carried out for the fast development of japonica hybrid rice.
