新时期农业院校与企业联合办学的探索与实践

摘　　要：阐明了新时期高等农业院校与企业联合办学的现实意义,结合华中农业大学动物科技学院和动物医学院与相关企业联合办学的实践,得出了校企双方需建立互利共赢关系,高校才能将企业变成学生就业基地、科技产品中试基地和技术示范基地,企业才能将高校作为人才培养基地、技术后盾和科技研发基地的结论。This paper illustrates the practical significance of cooperative running schools by agricultural universities and enterprises in the new era.Based on the practice in Huazhong Agricultural University,this paper concluded that the universities and enterprises should establish a win-win relationship so that the enterprises will become the bases of student＇s employment,bases of technological product periodical test and bases of technological model,and enterprises will regard universities as bases of personnel training,technology foundation and bases for research and development.This paper finally makes some suggestions on how to run schools by agricultural universities and enterprises in the new era.
