摘　　要：目的:探讨早发型重度子痫前期的临床特点、对母婴的影响、妊娠并发症、妊娠的处理方法及时机。方法:选择2008年5月～2010年2月在我院妇科门诊接受治疗的60例孕周<34周的重度子痫前期孕妇,根据不同孕周分为A、B、C三组,A组20例为孕周<28周;B组20例为28周≤孕周<32周;C组20例为32周≤孕周<34周。分析其治疗时间与方式、对母婴的影响及并发症等情况。结果:早发型重度子痫前期并发症的发生率与发病孕周成反比;围生儿死亡率随终止妊娠的孕周延长而下降,比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:早发型重度子痫前期严重影响母婴的预后,在期待治疗过程中要密切监护母胎的情况,选择好终止妊娠的适当时间,剖宫产可作为终止妊娠的首选方法。Objective：To explore the clinical features,the early onset of severe preeclampsia,the impact of perinatal maternal and child,the complications of pregnancy,treatment methods and timing of pregnancy.Methods：60 cases of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia for gestational age were less than 34 weeks from May 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital during the gynecology outpatient treatment,according to the different gestational age and to be divided into A,B,C 3 groups,20 cases for group A,and the gestational age was less than 28 weeks;20 patients group B,pregnant women＇s gestational age was about 28 to 32 weeks（less than 32 weeks）;group C for 20 patients＇ gestational age was about 32 to 34 weeks（less than 34 weeks）.The treatment time and manner,the impact of maternal and complications were analyzed.Results：The early onset severe preeclampsia incidence and the incidence of complications were inversely proportional to gestational age;perinatal mortality,gestational age with the extension of the termination of pregnancy decreased significantly statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion：The early onset severe preeclampsia seriously affects the prognosis of mother and child,in anticipation of the course of treatment should be closely monitoring the situation of maternal-fetal and select the appropriate time for termination of pregnancy,cesarean section as the preferred method of termination of pregnancy.
