摘  要:目的:优选樱草杜鹃中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芦丁为评价指标,考察黄酮质量分数,通过正交试验对超声法提取黄酮的工艺进行优化。结果:超声提取法的最佳工艺条件为以樱草杜鹃叶为原料,75%乙醇为提取液,m(樱草杜鹃)∶v(提取液)=1∶10,超声时间为60min,提取3次;在该条件下,总黄酮的提取率为11.01%,RSD为0.43%(n=3)。结论:优选了樱草杜鹃总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,提高药材的利用率,为更好地利用该药材提供了理论依据。Objective:To optimize the best extraction technology of flavonoids in leaves of Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.Methods:For the evaluation of rutin to study the mass fraction of flavonoids,ultrasonic extraction process was optimized flavonoids by orthogonal test.Results:The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions as follows:the Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.leaves was as raw material,75% ethanol for the extract,m(Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.):v(extract) was 1:10,ultrasonic was 60 min,extracted three times;in this condition,the extraction rate of flavonoids was 11.01% with a RSD of 0.43%(n=3).Conclusion:Optimize the best extraction technology of flavonoids in Rhodendron primulaeflorum Bur.et Franch.leaves and improve the utilization of medicinal herbs in order to better use of the medicine provides a theoretical basis.
